A Fun Saturday

Saturday was a good day. Daddy woke up early with Olivia and let Mommy sleep in a little. And Olivia had a great idea to go get Dunkin Donuts and surprise Mommy. So, Mommy woke up to Dunkin Donuts in bed. How sweet! Later that day we went to the big Jusco. Sort of the equivalent of a mall...with a grocery store inside. This is actually the most "mall-like" place here I've been so far. I found a store with clothes that I could actually figure out what size I wore (with the help of Michaela). Things are a little more expensive off base, especially when the Yen rate is bad, but I couldn't resist and bought a super cute outfit for Olivia (about $30!). When she wears it I'll be sure to take a picture for you all to see. After we were through window shopping, we met my friend Haruka for dinner. She had a gift she wanted to give Olivia, since she couldn't make her party. We ate a pretty cool restaurant, that we'll have to take people to when they come visit us (hint hint). And after dinner we stopped at the Big Dip/Blue Seal ice cream place right next store. And Mike got is favorite sweet potato ice cream that he loves. Yes, I said sweet potato ice cream and it is yummy!
Have I mentioned that she is walking (running) all around? Look at her go!

Sitting with Mommy, but really wanting to get down and walk!

Thinking she is hot-stuff, walking by herself like a big girl:

After dinner, with Haruka and her present...wrapped so pretty!

Where's Olivia?

Silly Tourists...
